Alpine, TX : Alpine couple dead after Pecos County crash on August 31, 2016

A two-vehicle wreck near Coyanosa on Aug. 25 left an Alpine couple dead when a driver fell asleep at the wheel, and his truck collided with their oncoming car.
Texas Department of Public Safety authorities said Justin Clark, 31, was driving a Ford F-350 southbound on FM 1776 when he fell asleep at the wheel. His truck moved into the northbound lanes and crashed head-on into a Toyoto Camry.
