A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 14 near Golden Valley Road resulted in at least one person injured and taken to the hospital Wednesday morning, emergency response officials said.
The crash happened shortly after 8:35 a.m. Wednesday in the southbound lanes of Highway 14, just north of Golden Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Motorists alerting CHP to the crash to the CHP reported between three and four vehicles were involved, according to the CHP.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department were dispatched to reports of between two and six vehicles, a Fire Department spokeswoman said.
“They arrived at 8:39 a.m. and requested an (additional) ambulance,” she said.
One person was treated for injuries and transported to the hospital.
