DRACUT, MA : Woman, 18, seriously injured in Dracut crash on Saturday, December 24th 2016

A medical helicopter was heading to Stewart Street Saturday evening after an 18-year-old woman suffered a serious lower-extremity injury in a car crash.

At around 7 p.m., Dracut emergency personnel responded to the corner of Tyngsboro Road and Stewart Street for a motor vehicle accident. There was "heavy entrapment," according to the police scanner.

The medical helicopter was on its way to Stewart Street, next to Joker's Lounge.
