Sheriff's deputy honored for saving small child from wreck

A Tippecanoe County Sheriff's deputy received the agency's top award for saving a child's life last year during a car crash. Tuesday morning, Sheriff Tracy Brown awarded Deputy Randall Martin with the Medal of Valor.
