Rochester, MN : A 25-year-old man was killed in a one-vehicle crash on Saturday, July 15, 2017

A 25-year-old man was killed in a one-vehicle crash Saturday morning on Highway 14.

Michael Doan of Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada was headed westbound on Highway 14, near Cascade Township, when his vehicle left the road and went into the ditch and struck a utility pole, causing the vehicle to flip over.

The Rochester Fire Department and Olmsted County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident shortly after 8:30 a.m.

The vehicle, a Nissan Altima, was found resting on its roof in tall weeds,

Doan was wearing his seatbelt, according to authorities.
