WEST MEMPHIS, AR : 2 semi trucks crash in West Memphis on Wednesday, 18th July 2018

The West Memphis Fire Department worked a crash between two semi-trucks Wednesday.

According to the department’s Facebook page, the trucks crashed on the northbound lane of Interstate 55.

Photos show one of the trucks ran off the road and had extensive damage to the front of the cab.

The crash leaked diesel fuel on the ground and caused a trailer loaded with freight to split in the middle.

Crews closed I-55 just north of the MLK exit and diverted drivers.

There were no injuries in the crash.
