Merriman, NE : Driver dies in rollover crash in Cherry County early Saturday morning, August 6, 2016

Cherry County authorities say a 19-year-old man has died in a rollover crash.

The crash occurred early Saturday morning south of Merriman.

Cherry County Attorney Eric Scott said Matthew Hull was ejected from the pickup truck he was driving.

Scott said Hull had been working on a ranch after moving to the area from Hastings.

Merriman is a town of about 130 people in northwest Cherry County.
