New Castle, DE: Women revived after crash involvedg Tractor-Trailer in Delaware has died on Tuesday, July 28th 2015

A woman has died after a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a sedan in New Castle, Delaware.The crash happened at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday at Route 273 and Airport Road.The Action Cam on scene shows a car crushed underneath a tractor trailer.The driver is identified as 29-year-old Joann Hess of Smyrna.At first, police indicated Hess had died, but later learned she had be resuscitated.She later died at the hospital.The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
