Crews cleared an accident involving a tractor trailer and four vehicle on I-40 East in Roane County. The crash happened near mile marker 355 at about 12:30 p.m., according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation Smartway Map. At one point the crash shut down the eastbound lanes of I-40.
