NEWTON, KS : Driver suffers medical emergency dies after crashing into Walmart on Friday, 26th January 2024

The Newton Police Department has identified as Wanda Hoyle, 69, of Newton. Her family has been notified.A woman who crashed into Walmart on South Kansas Avenue in Newton has died. The city said she suffered a medical emergency before the crash.

The car crashed through the vision center area. Newton Fire/EMS personnel pronounced the woman dead at the scene. No one else was injured in the crash.
