Kansas City , MO : 37- Year old driver was killed after his car Crashed into the water near The Paseo on Sunday , December 14th 2014

Police have identified the driver killed in a crash in Brush Creek Sunday.

Dennis J. Cooper, 37, died when his car crashed into the water near The Paseo.

Police said Cooper lost control while heading west on Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard and went down an embankment.

Authorities are still investigating to determine what caused the driver to lose control.
