Salt Lake City woman dies in collision near Heber in Utah
A medical condition may be responsible for a crash that killed a Salt Lake City woman Friday morning near Heber. Edyth Diane Zito, 74, was headed west on US-40 about 11 a.m. when she drove into oncoming traffic and hit a Ford Ranger head-on, according to Utah Department of Public Safety spokesman Joe Dougherty. Zito was driving a Toyota Corolla and the accident happened at a bend in the roadnear Strawberry Reservoir.
