SPRINGFIELD, MO : Driver dies after crash in Springfield Mo on Tuesday, 16th April 2024

A driver died at the hospital, following a crash in Springfield on Tuesday night.

Officers responded to the crash at Scenic and Sunshine around 7:45 p.m. Police say a Jeep and a van were involved in the crash.

Police say the driver of the Jeep, Jordan Oswalt, 29, from Springfield, was taken to Mercy hospital, where he died. A woman driving the van, and a juvenile passenger were not injured.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances that led up to the crash.
