DALLAS, TX : 4 killed in crash on I-45 on Saturday, 14th September 2024

I-45 was shut down on Saturday afternoon following a deadly crash in Dallas.

Dallas Fire-Rescue says multiple cars were involved in the crash on the interstate near Simpson Stuart Road.

DFR says two cars that were traveling north were involved in the initial crash, forcing one of the vehicles to cross the median into the southbound lanes.

Two other cars then hit that vehicle, sending it into a guardrail and causing it to flip over.

Three people in the car were pronounced dead at the scene.
