Plymouth, WA : Hermiston woman injured in crash near Plymouth on Tuesday night, May 3, 2016

A Hermiston woman was injured late Tuesday night when the car she was driving rolled over just west of Plymouth, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Angelica J. Avila, 22, was westbound on Highway 14 about two miles outside of Plymouth, the state patrol said. The Honda Civic she was driving left the highway and Avila over-corrected, rolling onto the embankment next to the roadway.

Avila was injured and taken to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. The Honda was totaled.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
