Two people have been killed in a motorcycle crash in southern Kansas.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports a motorcycle was eastbound on Kansas road outside Meade early Sunday when it tried to make a turn. The driver lost control and hit a sign.

Hayspost.com reports (http://j.mp/29qafvb ) the victims were identified as 36-year-old Ronald Richard Garber of Meade and 32-year-old Sarah Marie Adkins of Russell. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol says they weren’t wearing helmets.
