Austin,TX : Teen charged with manslaughter in deadly wreck on April, Thursday 12th 2018

A Decatur teenager was charged with manslaughter Thursday afternoon following a fatal wreck in the city two weeks ago. Decatur Police Chief Rex Hoskins said the 16-year-old male, who was not identified because he is a minor, turned himself in on the manslaughter charge Thursday. He was immediately released to his parents.
