Crosby , TX : 6 - Years and 11 Years old Childrens were Killed and two others were Injured after Two Vehicle Crash along Beaumont Highway at the San Jacinto River on Thursday , January 15th 2015

Two children are dead after a two-car crash near Crosby Thursday evening.

The wreck happened around 6:30 p.m. along Beaumont Highway at the San Jacinto River.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said there were four people in one of the vehicles. Two boys, ages 6 and 11, were pronounced dead on the scene. They have been identified as Brian and Andrew Figley.

Two others were taken by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Texas Trauma Institute.

There is no word on the condition of the driver in the other vehicle.

Deputies are investigating what caused the accident.
