Yuma,AZ : San Diego man arrested in fatal crash on Highway 95 on May,Monday 21st 2018

A 54-year-old San Diego man has been arrested on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of a man riding a motorcycle, in a crash that happened on Highway 95 near Fortuna Road on Monday.

Jeff Warner Cloud made his initial appearance in Yuma Justice Court, where he was informed by justice of the Peace Russ Jones of the allegation against him.
