ALTON, IL : Belleville woman charged in fatal motorcycle crash on Wednesday, 9th September, 2020

A Belleville woman has been charged in the death of Natasha J. Dillinger, 27, of Bethalto.
Erin L. Arras, 44, was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving under the influence causing death. Arras is accused of driving with an alcohol level of more than .08 percent, the amount needed for a presumption of intoxication.
According to court documents, Arras was in a 2017 Nissan Altima and allegedly pulled out of a parking lot Monday in the 700 block of Broadway Avenue near Abbott Machine Co., colliding with a motorcycle carrying Dillinger and the operator of the motorcycle.

Dillinger was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital where she later died from her injuries. Information has not been released about the motorcycle operator who also was hurt in the collision.
