Inglewood, CA : 36-year-old Navy sailor died when motorcycle collided with a car in Inglewood on Tuesday, December 8, 2015

Authorities say a man killed when his motorcycle collided with a car in Inglewood this week was a 36-year-old U.S. Navy sailor.

Inglewood police said Friday that Terrence Williamson of Los Angeles was thrown from his bike in the crash on Tuesday.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

The driver of the car stayed at the scene and was not arrested or cited.

Williamson worked at the Navy recruiting center in Inglewood.

The crash is under investigation.
