All lanes have reopened along Interstate 85 after a tractor trailer crashed early Thursday morning near a popular intersection. According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred along Interstate 85 southbound near University City Blvd around 6 a.m. Thursday morning. The left lanes of the interstate were blocked for a short time, traffic on University City Boulevard was not affected. Has learned that the crash involved a tractor trailer and reportedly involved injuries.
