A woman was killed in a Chesterfield County crash Sunday night, officials say.
The accident happened on Dayspring Road around 7:30 p.m. According to troopers, the woman drove off the road and crashed into an embankment. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision and was thrown from the car.
No word on if anyone else was involved in the crash. The woman's name has not been released.
Investigators are working to determine exactly what caused the wreck.
