Richmond, VA: Accident, disabled vehicle creates bad backups at Bryan Park interchange on Thursday, July 16th 2015

An accident is causing some major delays on Interstate 64 westbound near the Bryan Park interchange this morning.According to VDOT, the right and center lanes are closed on I-64 west near I-95 at mile marker 187 due to a multi-vehicle accident. Currently, VDOT is reporting a five-mile backup on I-64 west.
