Woman dies after crashing car into Ohio creek
Authorities say a 20-year-old woman who lost control of her car and plunged into the Otter Creek in northwest Ohio has died.
The Blade reports that Bianca Bepler crashed through a guardrail and flew 50 feet in the air before flipping over and plunging into the water in Oregon, just outside of Toledo.
Bepler was a student at Eastern Michigan University and Lucas County Coroner's Office Investigator Steve Kahle says she was likely lost and got off the highway unintentionally. She has family in Columbus and in Dayton and Kahle says she likely got lost in Toledo at the time of the crash.
