Mount Sinai , NY : 43 - Years old driver died after he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree then hit pole on Sunday Evening ,March 15th 2015

Police say a Long Island man is dead after he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree.

The one-car crash happened at 5 p.m. Sunday in Mount Sinai.

Suffolk County police say 43-year-old Edward Drumgole, of Mount Sinai, lost control of his car and struck a tree.

The vehicle spun around, hit a pole and came to rest on a front lawn.

Drumgole was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
