ANDERSON, SC : Anderson Co Coroner identifies motorcyclist killed in crash on Saturday, 31st August 2024

The Anderson Co. Coroner is investigating the death of a man who died days after crashing his motorcycle in Pendleton, S.C.

The coroner said Anderson County 911 received a call at around 7:50 p.m. on August 23 for a motorcycle wreck on Spake Rd.

Multiple departments--Anderson County EMS, Medshore EMS, Pendleton Fire Department, LifeFlight, and the South Carolina Highway Patrol--responded to the scene.

The coroner said the patient was treated on scene and flown to Prisma Health in Greenville where he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, August 31, at 6:25 p.m.
