A northeastern Indiana man has died following a two-vehicle collision that left three other people injured. Police say 85-year-old Frank D. Boggs of Columbia City died at a Fort Wayne's Parkview Regional Medical Center following the crash Saturday afternoon at an Indiana 109 intersection about 20 miles northwest of Fort Wayne. Police say Boggs was westbound on a Whitley County road when his car was struck on the driver's side by a van driven by 45-year-old Billie Jo Grant of Columbia City. A passenger in Boggs' car, 78-year-old Sherrill Boggs, was list in fair condition at Parkview Hospital. Her relationship to Frank Boggs wasn't clear.
