LAS VEGAS, NV : Police woman dies after single-vehicle crash west of the Strip on Thursday, 4th January 2024

Las Vegas police are investigating a single-vehicle crash a few blocks west of the Strip on Thursday night that left one person dead.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers were dispatched to W. Russell Rd. and Arville St. at approximately 9:38 p.m. According to police, a pickup truck crashed into a short block wall before overturning. The passenger in the truck was ejected from the vehicle. She was taken to UMC Trauma where she died.
