Longmont,CO : Nelson Road in west Longmont reopened after rollover crash on December, Tuesday 5th 2017

A driver was transported to the hospital after a rollover crash just west of Longmont shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency crews closed Nelson Road from 65th to 75th streets, but they were reopened within the hour.

Colorado State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis said the driver was taken to Longmont United Hospital with unknown injuries and the SUV on its top was towed.

According to police scanner traffic, the person was extricated from the vehicle.

Longmont Emergency Unit, Hygiene Fire and other agencies also responded.
