Wasilla, AK : 24-year-old man dies in single-vehicle collision in Wasilla on Thursday morning, February 5, 2015

Alaska State Troopers are investigating the death of a 24-year-old man who crashed his truck in Wasilla.

Troopers say Dae Poteet of Wasilla was driving his pickup south on Knik Goose Bay Road when the vehicle left the road and crashed into a power pole.

Troopers say officers responded to the single-vehicle crash early Thursday morning.

According to troopers, Poteet was the only occupant of the truck when it crashed.
