Supply, NC : Elizabeth Lloyd Leazer, 30, killed, two injured in a multi-vehicle accident in Brunswick County on Thursday morning, March 10, 2016

A Supply woman was killed following a multi-vehicle accident Thursday morning in Brunswick County.

According to officials, the accident happened around 8:45 a.m. near the intersection of Holden Beach and Mt. Pisgah roads.

Trooper Wheeler said Elizabeth Lloyd Leazer, 30, was driving a Ford Explorer heading west on NC 130 and crossed the center line hitting a GMC box truck, operated by 34-year-old Marvin Clemmons, head-on.

The box truck rolled over, traveled across the center line, and struck a Lincoln Navigator, operated by 68-year-old Janice Clark, and a BMW operated by 58-year-old Rita Kitchen.

Leazer was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wheeler said it does not appear alcohol was a factor, but aggressive driving may have contributed to the crash.

Clemmons and Clark were injured in the crash, but are expected to be okay, Wheeler says. They were taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Kitchen was not injured.

Holden Beach and Mt. Pisgah roads were closed for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene. Around 12:30 p.m., the area was reopened to traffic.
