ST. LOUIS, MO : Crews responding to 4-vehicle crash on I-270 NB on Tuesday, 29th August 2023

Emergency crews are at the scene of a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 270 Tuesday morning.

Our Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX helicopter is flying over the area, located on I-270 northbound at Dougherty Ferry, where crews are currently responding to the slowdowns. Injuries have been reported, but the severity is still unknown.
