Rapid City,SD : Victim in SD Highway 79 fatal crash ID'd on February, Monday 19th 2018

Authorities have identified the victim in a fatal crash near Rapid City on Monday as 18-year-old Hoksila Arapahoe.

Arapahoe, of Pine Ridge, was traveling north on S.D. Highway 79 around 8:15 a.m. when he lost control of his van, according to a release from the state Department of Public Safety. The 2007 Chrysler Town and Country van went through a wooden fence about 4 miles south of Rapid City.
