Reading, PA : 25-year-old man killed in crash on West Shore Bypass early Thursday morning, May 12, 2016

A 25-year-old Reading man was killed in a one-vehicle crash on the West Shore Bypass early this morning in the city, the Berks County coroner's office said.

The crash happened shortly after midnight about one-eighth of a mile east of the Lancaster Avenue exit when the westbound car veered off the right side of the highway, climbed an embankment, then rolled down onto the shoulder.

Mason Leonti, the lone occupant, was pronounced dead at 1:33 a.m. by Deputy Coroner Matt Mears.
