Malone, NY : Benjamin Andre, 23, dies after a two-car crash on State Route 11B in Malone on Tuesday, March 17, 2015

Police say one man has died after a two-car crash in Malone.

The crash happened Tuesday at about 9:15 p.m. on State Route 11B.

Police say Benjamin Andre, 23, of Brushton, was headed east when he lost control and crossed into the path of a westbound pickup driven by William Brown, 45, of North Bangor. Brown was unable to avoid the crash and hit Andre's pickup.

Both men were taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

Police say Andre died of his injuries Wednesday.

Brown is still in critical condition with internal injuries.
