SIERRA VISTA, AZ : Final two victims in fatal crash identified on Wednesday, March 15th 2017

The Sierra Vista Police Department can now release the names of the two additional victims who died in a two-vehicle head-on collision last week, which occurred on the Highway 90 Bypass and resulted in three lives lost.

The two occupants of a 2004 black Chevrolet pickup truck have been identified as 61-year-old Pedro O. Penalver and 73-year-old Maria Del Carmen Rouco-Machin. They were both Sierra Vista residents. The driver of the 2005 Mitsubishi SUV was earlier identified as 49-year-old Huachuca City resident Timothy David Straight.
