WOOSTER, OH : Motorcycle crash fatal to man in Wooster area on Monday, 21st May 2018

A 61-year-old man was killed Monday when the motorcycle he was driving crashed on Sylvan Road in Wayne County’s Wooster Township.

James Saffell of Wooster had been driving a Harley Davidson Tri Glide about 5:30 p.m. when failed to negotiate a curve, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol. The motorcycle went off the side of the road, hit an embankment, a utility pole and overturned, according to state troopers. Saffell was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash was just east of Wooster.
