A 17-year-old Kalispell-area boy died in a two-vehicle crash on icy Montana Highway 82 north of Flathead Lake. Flathead County Undersheriff Dave Leib identified the victim as Gabrel Jess Johnston. The Montana Highway Patrol says Johnston was eastbound at 4:45 p.m. Thursday when he lost control on the snow-covered and icy road and crossed the center line into the path of a westbound sport utility vehicle.
