Authorities say a man was killed and a woman was injured after a three-car head-on crash in Puyallup.

The crash happened about 8:35 a.m. Monday.

The News Tribune reports that authorities say the man, a Puyallup-area resident in his late 50s, was driving his car eastbound when he drifted into the turn lane and sideswiped a stationary car. That sent the man's car into the westbound lanes, where it collided with a minivan going the opposite direction.
