PROSPECT, CT : 3 suspects arrested, 2 at large following stolen vehicle crash in Prospect on Friday, 2nd October, 2020

Three of five people have been arrested following a stolen vehicle crash that led a lockdown of two schools in prospect.

Prospect police said on Friday morning that two people were still at large and may have headed to the Hamden/New Haven area.

The arrested suspects were identified by state police as 18-year-old Jahseim Cherry of New Haven, 21-year-old Ciera Leshay Jones-Whitfield of New Haven and 20-year-old Nashaly Rodriguez-Roman of Waterbury.

Region 16 schools said the partial lockdowns were issued for Long River Middle School and Prospect Elementary School.
