LIVE OAK, GA : I-10 accident ends in fatality on Wednesday, 9th November 2016

A single vehicle accident on Interstate 10 ended in a fatality Wednesday morning, according to an FHP report.

Don Karl Rimpler, 65, of Minneapolis, Minnesota was traveling east on I-10 at mile marker 287, the report states.

At 9:55 a.m., Rimpler’s vehicle traveled onto the center median and the front left bumper of his truck collided with a tree, the report states.

The truck then struck a second tree before coming to a rest, according to the report.

Rimpler was pronounced deceased on scene, the report states.
