Sturgis, MI : Man in critical condition following crash on Saturday, July 1, 2017

A 29-year-old Constantine man is in critical condition at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo following a crash Saturday in Constantine Township.

Sheriff’s deputies said Dustin Mitchell Cole was driving east on Featherstone Road near Constantine Road around 8:30 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle, which left the right side of road. He over-corrected and the vehicle crossed both lanes of the road, and the rear of the vehicle struck a tree. That collision caused the car to spin and strike a second tree broadside.
