Canaan Twp, OH : West Salem man killed in crash on State Route 604 and Friendsville Road Tuesday morning, July 26, 2016

A West Salem man died following an accident on State Route 604 and Friendsville Road Tuesday morning.

According to the Wooster Post of the State Highway Patrol, Dale C. Schaffter, 82, died at Wooster Community Hospital from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash at 9:25 a.m.

Two other men were hospitalized, but have been released.
