JACKSONVILLE, FL : FHP Troopers looking for Ford Explorer involved in deadly hit-and-run crash on Jacksonville bridge on Thursday, 12th September 2024

Florida Highway Patrol said in a X post Thursday afternoon that the suspect's vehicle has been located.

A 63-year-old Georgia woman died in a hit-and-run crash on Jacksonville's Trout River Bridge early Thursday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

In a crash report released by FHP on the incident, troopers say an unknown vehicle was traveling northbound on Interstate 95, north of Edgewood Avenue West on the bridge at 12:30 a.m.
