HADDAM, CT : 1 dead, 2 hurt in Haddam crash on Tuesday, 16th April 2024

One person was killed and two others were hospitalized in a crash that happened in Haddam on Tuesday.

State police identified the man who died as 28-year-old Elijah Isiah Santiago of Hamden.

According to state police, the crash happened at the intersection of Saybrook Road and River Road shortly after 6:30 a.m.

The area remained closed as of around 11 a.m.
