A driver was killed and another seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in Westmoreland County.
State police said Matthew W. Galmoff, 31, of Avonmore, Westmoreland County, was killed when he crossed over the center line on Route 380 in Bell around 5 p.m. and collided head-on with a vehicle.
Mr. Galmoff and the driver of the other vehicle, Chelsea H. Isett, 21, of Monroeville were flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, where Mr. Galmoff was pronounced soon after.
Police said Ms. Isett was in serious condition.
