TOWNER, N.D : Man killed when run over by semitrailer truck on Monday afternoon July 14th 2014

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 30-year-old man was killed when he was accidentally run over while he was working under the trailer of a semi.

The accident happened Monday afternoon in the parking lot of the Towner County Medical Center.

The patrol says the driver of the semi was unaware that the man was under trailer.

The victim was dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The accident remains under investigation.
