Clark County,NV :Two people killed after Minibus crash with Car on Saturday morning,September 5th 2015

The driver of a minibus killed Saturday morning in a wreck with a car whose driver Metro said was under the influence was identified by the Clark County coroner's office on Monday.

Jose Francisco Cosenza, 53, of Las Vegas, and a 34-year-old man from Germany whose name has not been released, were both in the bus and died at the scene in the 1100 block of South Main Street, at Charleston Boulevard.

Three other passengers, a woman from Germany, 30, a man, 39, and a woman, 34, both from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, escaped the bus, which caught fire, police said. They suffered serious injuries and were taken to University Medical Center.

Police said that Jonathan Donner, who was driving a 1998 BMW 540i, sped through a red light and struck the 2011 Chevrolet Express Cutaway G350, making it roll over and catch fire about 7 a.m.

Donner was pulled out of the car by bystanders and was charged with two counts of DUI resulting in death and three counts of DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm, police said.
