Alexandria, MN : Two-vehicle crash injures passenger on Friday, 23rd March 2018

A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 50th Avenue and Sanibel Drive in south Alexandria Friday sent a 51-year-old passenger to the hospital.

The crash happened at about 4:30 p.m. between a pickup and a passenger car. The impact knocked a wheel off the pickup.

The passenger was conscious and alert as she was being transported to the Douglas County Hospital, according to scanner traffic.

The Alexandria Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff's Office and North Ambulance responded to the scene.
